A young man taught himself carpentry skills to make ends meet while pursuing an acting career. He was frustrated that things were not going his way he thought, but he landed a gig in small-time film. It was a start and he was just a background actor to boot!
He had to keep doing his carpentry side job because acting career wasn’t supporting him like he had hoped. Years later, the same director “accidentally” bumped into the now 35-year old while do woodwork at a studio. He remembered how the young man had been in a small role in his previous movie and asked him to audition for his new show he expected to do well. He did…and the rest...

Now, I must confess something personal about myself to you…
I am a super-hero junkie! I have been an avid fan of DC Comics for years (Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, etc.) and of recent times, the Marvel franchise.
After just seeing The Avengers: Endgame, I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY! Loved it!
Okay, let me calm down a bit…just breathe, John. Before it leaves the theaters, I will probably watch it 2-3 more times with family and friends.
Now, I won’t be a spoiler; however, the word, “Endgame” has been rolling over and over in my mind.
Now, the definition of the word relates to strategic games, such as Chess or Risk, where there are few pieces left, and the players have a “hidden” plan or strategy to pull out, defeat their opponent, and win the game.
In business, it may be considered a plan (or bulletproof backup plan) to achieve...

Beginning a New Year brings delight to some, but to others, it's just another date on the calendar. One person might love the idea of a fresh start, while another dreads it.
What does it mean to you?
Someone once said, "Life is what you make of it". How do you and I view it? I love sunrises. It's a matter of fact, I am in Florida right now and took pictures and videos of the sunrise on the beach on the East Coast side. Seeing the bright new day symbolizes new beginnings, fresh starts, new days, etc. It's a life mulligan if you will.
Now, I'm writing this blog post with a few major things in mind:
